The Goodwin is a newly constructed building in the Parkside neighborhood. “Portland-area residents and workers simply deserve an opportunity to buy a quality home at a reasonable price.” Built with this mission, The Goodwin offers homeownership opportunities for Portland’s workforce, a much-needed asset in our growing city. We are proud to have designed the logo library, marketing materials, collateral, and website for this thoughtful project.
