Design for State Theatre
We have a lot of friends who work at (and perform at!) the beloved State Theatre in Portland, Maine. We can trace our own Portland history through shows we’ve experienced here. When the badass GM asked us to hand illustrate the facade for merch and an anniversary poster, we were thrilled with the honor. At our house, we wear our State hoodies proudly—representing the incredible bands and all the artistic awesomeness of years passed and years to come.
When asked to hand illustrate the 30+ foot stage banners for the custom-built stage for State Theatre presents at Thompson’s Point, we did not hesitate. We then applied this summer 2022 artwork to the Reverb #RockNRefill Nalgene bottle—a program to drive down single-use plastic waste.
