Design for Boothbay Railway Village Museum
Take a step back in time in Maine—visit the Boothbay Railway Village Museum. The team at the museum came to us with the mission of redesigning their brand to relay that the Railway VIllage is more than a train ride—that it is an entire replica Maine village. There are discoveries around every corner, over the tracks, and across the green. See exhibits featuring antique collections, shops, cars, trains, motors, and so much more. Watch artisans working on their crafts or sign up for a workshop to learn new “old” skills.
And they wanted their brand to extend even further—with sub brands for Iron Horse Antiques and Weddings at the Village. We happily created these three unique logo libraries for each entity that stand alone but also relate to each other as a visual family.
The team had a gorgeous street-side sign carved locally using the new village logo. We created some print collateral and a useful site map to use while visiting—it would be a shame to miss anything!
